1. What is Bob’s Que?

Bob’s 'Que is a small batch smoked meat "queue" system.

  • You join a queue for a specific meat, and once enough demand builds, that meat gets smoked

 
2. How does it work?
  • Join the queue (text JOIN or fill out the form)

  • Choose your meat and portion

  • Wait for enough demand

  • If selected, you’ll get a text

  • Pickup when ready

 
3. Am I guaranteed to get my order?
  • No.

  • Joining the queue means:
    👉 you’re interested
    👉 not guaranteed

  • When I decide what to smoke, I’ll select orders based on demand and capacity.

 
4. How will I know if I’m selected?
  • No worries — you stay in the queue.

  • 👉 You may be selected for the next smoke

  • 👉 Or you can switch to another queue

 
5. What if I’m not selected?
  • No worries — you stay in the queue.

    • 👉 You may be selected for the next smoke

    • 👉 Or you can switch to another queue

 
6. Can I change my order?
  • Yes.

  • Just re-submit the form with your updated selection

 
7. What meats are available?
  • Options may include:

    • Pulled Pork

    • Beef Brisket Burnt Ends

    • Baby Back Ribs

    • Beef Jerky

(Changes based on demand and availability)

 
8. What’s the difference between lbs and racks?
  • lbs (pounds) → Pulled pork, brisket, jerky

  • racks → Ribs

Your portion type depends on the meat you choose.

 

9. When do you decide what to smoke?
  • Whenever demand hits a good level.

    • 👉 Typically when enough people request the same meat

    • 👉 Or when I can run multiple meats together

 
10. How will I know when it’s ready?
  • Details will be sent via text once your order is ready.

 
11. Where is pickup?
  • Just text:

  • 👉 STOP

  • And you’ll be removed.

 
12. Can I join more than one queue?
  • Yes.

  • But you’ll only be selected based on availability and demand.
